A native of Uxbridge, ON., McDonald served as Quarterback’s Coach at Bishop’s University (2015-16), Offensive Coordinator/Quarterback’s Coach at Champlain College (2017-2021) and most recently as Wide Receivers/Special Teams Assistant at College Thetford Mines (2022). During his tenure at Champlain College he won 2 provincial championships in 2017 and 2019, both of those championship seasons producing 2 Finals MVP Quarterbacks.

Brad Herbst is a West Carleton Wolverines product and the all-time leader in tackles at Saint Mary's University in Halifax.

Christo started playing football in Ottawa at St. Patrick's High School and with the Ottawa Colts. He played college football at Georgia State before being drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the 6th round of the 2012 NFL Draft. His playing career included time with the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens. In 2016 Christo retired, returned home to Ottawa and began a successful real estate firm while coaching with the Gloucester South Raiders.

As a young player, Dimitri played locally for the Orleans Bengals. He continued to collegiate football winning a Bol d'Or at Champlain CEGEP and a Vanier Cup with the Western Mustangs. Dimitri most recently coached Offensive Line for the Queen's University Golden Gales.

Travis began his career with the Kanata Knights and won a Canada Cup as an athlete for Team Ontario. He continued his academic and athletic career at Carleton University, where he earned a BA in Legal Studies.

Brock played for the Bel-Air Lions and Myers Riders locally. He received multiple offers to play university ball in Canada and the NCAA. Brock selected Colgate University due to their academic reputation. He also had two opportunities to play for in the CFL with the Montreal Alouettes in 2003 and 2005. Coach Flemming is the founder of the Canadian Football Institute (CFI). CFI delivers non-contact football instruction each winter. Each year hundreds of Ottawa athletes grow at CFI.

Danny is a Bel-Air Lion product who went on to play 5 seasons with the University of Ottawa GeeGees. Coach Hall earned a 4-year degree and completed teachers college at UO. He has coached locally at St. Joe's High School where he is a middle school teacher. Further, Coach Hall delivers private position specific training for DBs.

Donnie's connection local football comes via his time in the CFL with the Ottawa Renegades. He is a member of the Laurier University Football Hall of Fame. Coach Ruiz has been training athletes in Ottawa for 12 years. His protégées include athletes in the NFL/CFL, martial arts world champions and olympians.

Anthony started playing locally for the Britannia Bayshore Broncos mosquitos. He continued to play 5 years at university, graduating from Concordia University. Coach Brown furthered his education while coaching at York University, earning an MBA in Organizational Behaviour. He continued his career in student support as an administrator in the NCAA, University of Ottawa and in partnership with the Ottawa Catholic School Board.
